In 1849 when Hans was 33, he married Martha Deodors Praestegarden (1812-1895), in Fox River Settlement, LaSalle Co. Illinios. Martha was born in Norway. Martha died on 17 Sep 1895, she was 83.

  7. Isabel Omundson. (1854-1930) Born on 22 Jul 1854 in Sheriden Ill. Isabel died in Jewell Iowa on 2 Jul 1930, she was 75. Buried in Jewell Iowa. Occupation: FARMERS WIFE. Isabel married RICHARD (REIAR) NELSON. Born on 25 Apr 1845. Richard (REIAR) died in Jewell Iowa on 11 Feb 1937, he was 91.
